Super Simple Salad for One

If you're not in the mood for cooking and want something simple and healthy to eat - then this is your answer. To serve more people, simply multiply the ingredients.

The best part is, once you're done there will be little washing up as you make the salad straight into the bowl you're going to eat it in.

It can also be served with garlic bread and pizza for a more hearty meal.

Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Makes: 1 serving

2 handfuls of salad mix
1 tomato
4 walnuts
Balsamic vinegar to taste
Shredded vintage cheese or cheddar to serve

Wash salad mix and arrange in bowl.
Cut tomato and place top of salad mix.
Crush walnuts into chunks and sprinkle over salad.
Pour a little balsamic vinegar.
Shred cheese on top and serve alone as a light meal or as a side with your meal of choice.
