Super Starter Organic Chocolate Breakfast Smoothie

Just like a chocolate milkshake, only sugar free and nutritious--you won't have any problem getting your kids to have this fast breakfast. It will fuel them all the way to morning tea and helps fit in nutritious greens in a form that kids and adults will love. Using natural fruit sweetness and chocolate to enhance the flavour of kale, kids will see this green chocolate milkshake as a treat to start their day. Use organic ingredients to enhance nutrition even more.

Chocolate kale smoothie

Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Makes: 3 - 4 servings

2 leafs Scottish kale
2 bananas
2 teaspoons cocao (you could substitute for cocoa)
2 cups milk


Wash the kale and put it into blender

Put in cacao or cocoa

Chocolate kale smoothie

Break up banana and add to ingredients in blender.

Pour milk on too and blend for at least 1 minute or until kale and banana are broken down.
