Ingredients 1 big wrap (wholemeal)
1/2 chicken fillet
Some cherry tomoatos
1 tablespoon pesto
Start with cutting the chicken fillet in small pieces, season with some salt and pepper and start cooking it in a pan. Meanwhile you can cut the vegetables and boil some water for the broccoli.
When the chicken is almost done you bake an egg and boil the broccoli (2-6minutes).
When the chicken is cooked through (no pink colour inside), the egg is done and the broccoli is a bit softer it is time to turn all the pits off and build the 'SuperWrap'.
Pre-heat the wrap for a few seconds in the microwave. Since I like pesto so much I started with pesto as the spread on the wrap. Lay the broccoli and chicken vertically (or horizontally) in the middle, add tomatos, cucumber and avocado pieces and top it with the egg.
You might want to try eating it with a knife and fork though!
