I truly believe porridge is the best all round breakfast, and as such, I love experimenting with ways to twist and spice this warming morning staple up.
This recipe works thanks to the savoury moreish-ness of tahini, paired with the subtle sweet, crispness of apple. Any nut butter could work here if you prefer (eg. peanut, almond, cashew etc.) but I love the health and nutrition benefits that tahini provides.
