Ingredients Pan Contents
3-4 pieces of sliced chicken (Breast or Thighs)
1 cup rice
2 cups water
1/2 cup broccoli
1 sliced red Pepper
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1 cup sprouts
1 tbsp sesame seeds
pinch of salt & pepper
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp rice wine
1 tbsp, plus 2 tsp brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp minced ginger
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Slice and cook the chicken in a pan on medium.
Pour rice into a cooking pot, add water, and let it come to a boil.
In a separate bowl add: soy sauce, water, rice wine, brown sugar, white sugar, minced garlic, minced ginger. Mix the ingredients together to create the teriyaki sauce. Set is aside.
Slice red pepper, cabbage, and broccoli and add them to the pan containing the chicken. Stir the pan thoroughly.
Add sprouts into pan containing the chicken. Stir the pan throughly.
Raise the heat of the pan to high, add sat and pour the teriyaki sauce into the pan.
Stir the contents of the pan thoroughly.
When finished, pour the rice into a separate bowl, and add the pan contents over top off the rice.
