With only 3 ingredients, you can quickly cook up this delicious tender teriyaki chicken with a crunchy juicy string beans in just no time.

Makes: 4 servings
Ingredients
4 chicken thigh fillets, diced
300g string beans, ends trimmed, halved
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
steamed jasmine rice, to serve
roasted sesame seeds, to serve
Method
Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and add in the chicken. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes until they are no longer pink.
Add in the string beans and cook for 2 minutes.
Pour in the teriyaki sauce. Mix. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes until chicken is cooked through and string beans are just cooked but still crunchy.
Serve warm with steamed jasmine rice and sprinkle roasted sesame seeds on top.
