Brightly coloured food takes me back to my childhood, so when I created this purple smoothie for myself and my nieces and nephews it was smiles all round.

Makes: 2 servings
Ingredients
1 orange
1 banana
A handful of blackberries, and blueberries
A bunch of fresh spinach
Method
Freeze the ingredients for at least 2 hours before you make the smoothie.
Place the frozen ingredients in a blender and whizz.
My nieces and nephews love this drink - they call it 'the purple one'.
