Ingredients 100 g cauliflower head
100 g sweet potato
1/2 brown onion
1/2 red pepper
Drizzle of chilli infused rapeseed oil (or rapeseed oil with 1/4 tsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp mustard powder
2 tsp peppercorn paste (or ground pepper to taste)
25 g plain white flour
25 g butter
300 ml milk
50 g cheddar cheese
30 g Stilton cheese
20 g brie cheese
Chop the vegetables, and rub over the rapeseed oil and pepper corn paste, and place in a baking dish.
Grate the cheddar, crumble the stilton, and finely slice the brie.
