Tomato Raitha

Raitha is a yogurt based salad. It is very easy to make and very healthy.This is usually served as a side dish for pulav or biriyani.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients
1/4 medium onion
1 tomato
1 cup yogurt
2 green chillies
3 curry leaves
Salt

Method
Chop onion, tomato and green chillies.



Place yogurt in a bowl and add the curry leaves.



Add the chopped onion and green chillie into it.



Then add chopped tomato into the yogurt.
Add salt to taste.



Mix well all the ingredients.



Let it sit for 5 minutes so that the flavors infuse.
