Tuna Melt

This is a healthy treat to have when busy and do not have time, whether for lunch, dinner or snack...really anytime!


Tuna Melt


Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 12 minutes
Makes: 2 servings

Ingredients
Extra virgin olive oil cooking spray.
1 Onion (any size to suit your taste) cut into small bites.
4 Slices of bread.
2 Tablespoons of mayonnaise.
1 Can of tuna.
4 Pieces of cheese.

Method
In a medium size bowl, mix the mayonnaise, onion and tuna.




Tuna Melt

Spread mixture on 2 pieces of bread.
Then, place 2 pieces of cheese on each.


Tuna Melt
Next, top each with another piece of bread.
Spray small skillet with the cooking spray and heat on medium.
Cook each side of bread for 3 minutes, spraying skillet with cooking spray each time.

Ingredients?

Is that a 200gh can of tuna and, is it in brine or oil?
There are a 115 grams of tuna in this recipe. Also, it is water based.
Onion BITS? Thinly sliced would be better.
Cheese SLICES?
P.S. I HATE tuna, IF decide to cook, will use Red Salmon!
