Tuna Salad

Tuna is a great source of protein and you've got to have those veggies, combine the two and you've got a winner.



Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Makes: 2 servings

Ingredients
2 tins of tuna
1 cup of mixed salad leaves
6 cherry tomatoes
1 carrot
1/2 beetroot
1 can of beans (eg butter beans)
Olive oil


Method
Chop the tomatoes, carrot and beetroot.
Place all ingredients in a bowl.
Use flavoured tuna for extra taste or add olive oil.
