Tuna Snack

The quickest snack I think I've ever made. Bursting with health-giving properties, it's a snacker's dream.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Makes: 1 servings

Ingredients
A tuna can
A tsp of mayonnaise
Red pepper
Half a ripe avocado
Half a lemon

Method
Cut the red pepper in half and remove the seeds
Mash the avocado and stuff it inside half the red pepper
Squeeze lemon juice over the tuna and mix with the tsp of mayonnaise. Add the tuna mix to the pepper
