Ingredients 1.7L boiling water
Turkey carcass or bones from a turkey joint (with meat still on)
1 tbsp ground cayenne pepper
1 tbsp dried chives
1 tsp black peppercorns
¼ tsp chilli flakes
50g red lentils
50g green lentils
50g frozen onions
Simmer the carcass/bones in a pressure cooker.
Chop the swede and add to the pressure cooker.
Stir in all the other ingredients, put the lid on, and simmer for one hour.
Remove the carcass/bones, and then pour everything else into a blender and liquify.
