Ingredients 30g butter, melted
1/4 cup caster sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup milk
1 cup self raising flour
1/4 cup milk or dark chocolate chips
Decorate with melted dark chocolate, and hundreds and thousands.
Plug in the cake pop maker and switch it on to preheat it.
In a microwave safe mixing bowl, melt the butter.
Add the sugar, egg and vanilla and whisk to combine.
Stir in half of the flour until just combined, then stir through half of the milk, then the remaining flour and milk until a smooth batter forms.
Fold in the choc chips.
Spoon teaspoons worth of batter into each of the cake pop maker holes.
Once filled, close the cake pop maker and cook for 8 minutes.
Remove the cake pop balls from the maker and allow them to cool on a wire rack or cake pop stand.
Cook the remaining batter.
Once the cake pop balls have cooled, melt extra dark chocolate in a bowl. One at a time, roll each ball in chocolate then sprinkle with hundreds and thousands. Pierce each with a lollipop stick and set aside to set.
