These chocolate blocks are absolute heaven, they are simple to whip up but truly taste amazing. I made my own chocolate for these but if you don't feel confident doing so then just melt 400 grams of dark chocolate.
I took these to a party last night and they disappeared in seconds. Take them to your next gathering and you can be a hit as well!
Preparation Time: 10 minutes plus 20 minutes to set
Serves: 32 chocolates
Ingredients 1 packet of oreos
1/2 cup shredded coconut
For the Chocolate 1 cup cacao butter, melted
1/2 cup agave nectar
1 cup cacao powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
Pinch of fine salt
Crush up the oreos and place them in a bowl, add the coconut and toss.
Divide the oreo coconut mix up into the moulds.
For the mould I used ice cube trays, which worked out really well. But use whichever moulds you have on hand.
For the chocolate
Melt the cacao butter on a double boiler.
Add agave nectar to cacao butter.
Sieve the cacao powder, vanilla and salt onto butter and agave mix.
