I used to eat a lot of crisps a long time ago, but stopped because they were so unhealthy. Recently I have tried to treat myself with a crisp or two, but found out that I actually no longer liked them. No matter what the flavour, I have gone off potato crisps entirely.
However, I have discovered vegetable crisps, which I absolutely adore. Although much healthier, I still find that shop bought versions have a lot of saturated fat in them, so I decided to have a go at making my own homemade vegetable crisps, which are delicious and almost fat free. As long as you have an air frier, they are super quick and easy to make. If you don't, you can use an oven at the lowest temperature. It will take longer, however, and require more oil.
