A pasta bake was one of my go to simple recipes when I was at university and it has never lost it's appeal. Easy to make, filling and tasty, it's a meal all in one dish. It's really up to you what you want to put in it. If you have left over chicken from a Sunday roast you could throw that in too.
Simple but delicious with bubbling cheese
I last made this when I had a friend and her daughter visiting as I wanted something that both children and adults would enjoy. I used up the vegetables I found in the fridge but you could make it with just about anything. If you have sweetcorn or peas in the freezer, pop a handful in too.
