Veggie Pizza

A creamy flavor pizza with any vegetables and cheeses your little heart desires and a crust you do not have to slave over!


Veggie Pizza


Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 13 minutes
Makes: 10 servings

Ingredients
450 g pre-packaged refrigerated dough
450 g cream cheese
1 Cup of mayonnaise
2 Cups shredded cheeses (I used a mixture of cheddar and mozzarella)
Cut up veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, green peppers, etc.)

Method
Roll out dough on a pizza tray and bake at 350 degrees for 13 minutes or until golden brown.
Mix together cream cheese and mayonnaise. Spread over baked crust.
Top with veggies.
Then, top with shredded cheeses.
