Weight-Loss Pancakes

This is the perfect breakfast to boost your mornings!

It is really an issue, when you finally decide to lose weight, to start thinking about recipes that are healthy, delicious and easy to make, all at the same time.

If you love pancakes as much as I do, you don't have to quit them! Just to adjust the ingredients for a indulge but not guilty recipe that ticks all the boxes.

Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 4 minutes
Makes: 2 servings

1 small green apple
4 egg whites
1/2 cup oats
Hint of cinnamon


Just blend all together until you get a homogeneous mixture and pour onto a frying pan.

In my case I have a pancake maker, but any nonstick frying pan will work perfectly (the main idea is to avoid using oil, but it's fine if you have to).

Give each side 2 minutes to be ready.


You can have them with banana, almond butter, strawberries, blueberries (and all kind of berries), mapple syrup without sugar or chocolate spread.

You will feel good while having a delicious and super fancy breakfast.
