I love Dill and wish my little pot grew a harvest like yours! I recently made Dill Pesto which was unbelievably tasty (I love Basil as well) but wanted something different and was surprised at how much better the pesto tasted using dill instead or simply pan-frying some fish and garnishing with lemon and dill. Enjoy either way.
Scrambled or boiled eggs with lots of dill on it. Zucchini sliced and oven roasted and topped with lots of yogurt, dill and garlic. You can use dill as a garnish for many soups celery soup is especially good for that. You can use it in your salads or make tzatziki garnished with lots of dill.
