Pizzas are delicious to make on a night in! But what to do about the dough? Do you prefer store bought dough or homemade dough? And how do you make the best pizza dough at home, particularly if time is a factor?
Homemade pizza dough is by far the best. I make my pizza base using white bread flour, yeast, and natural live yoghurt; it makes a really light dough. I prefer my pizza bases to be thin and crispy as opposed deep pans.
I agree. Homemade pizza bases are absolutely delicious, and great when making your own gourmet pizzas at home on a weekend or day at home, but a few thin and crispy store bought pizza bases in the freezer never go astray.
