chicken liver pate with finely sliced celery, or
vegemite and lettuce or
chicken with finely sliced celery, thick cream (yes cream not yogurt or cream cheese) hardboiled egg, salt and a lot of black pepper or
Anchovy paste from a tube and imported - (not Pecks Anchovette), butter, lettuce.
On sourdough, liverwurst/liversausage and thinly sliced Spanish onion. Also, on white/sourdough, butter, fried black pudding (morcilla, Boudin noir...crispy on the outside and soft in the middle) and HP or brown sauce!
