Chee and biscuits always make a good end to a meal, and the added fruit to this recipe gives it a special touch. Based on the brands I used, each biscuit is about 47 calories.

Ingredients
175g wholemeal flour
100g margarine
4 tbsp fruit muesli
4 tbsp light soya milk
2 tbsp Truvia sweetener (or caster sugar if you prefer)
2 tsp poppy seeds
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Method
Mix flour, muesli, sweetener/sugar, baking powder, salt, and poppy seeds together.
Rub in margarine to create a breadcrumb like consistency.
Add the water to form a dough.
Put the dough in the fridge for ten minutes.
Pre-heat the oven to 200 ༠C/ 180 ༠C fan/375 ༠F/5 Gas.

Roll out to about medium thickness.
Roll out the dough and use a cookie cutter to cut out biscuit shapes.
