White Chocolate Caramel Cups

These super sweet little treasures are definately a sometimes food. They would make a great party treat or a special little dessert. My kids loved these.

If you are making the caramel (by boiling condensed milk in a can) you will need to add about 2 hrs of cooking time.

Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes, 2 hrs if making the caramel
Makes: 12 servings


Ingredients
2 cups of white chocolate melts
1/4 can of caramel or top 'n' fill
Hundreds and thousands or crushed nuts

Method
Line a small hole muffin tin with small patty cases.
Melt 1 cup of the white chocolate melts over boiled water.
Then spoon melted chocolate into patty cases and push it around so it coats the bottom and sides well.



Refridgerate for 10-15 mins until the chocolate has hardened.
Start to melt the other cup of melts. Whilst waiting, spoon in a small amount of caramel into each of the cups.



Spoon the melted chocolate over the caramel to make a lid. Sprinkle with hundreds and thousands or crushed nuts whilst the chocolate is still warm.



Refridgerate for approximately 20-30 mins or until chocolate hardens.
They are ready to serve.
