Yakitori Chicken Noodles

This tantalising twist on the humble stir fry is as delightful to cook as it is to eat! The smoky scent of the Yakitori sauce mixed through the chicken and greens creates a genuine Asian aroma and flavour.

Then you have the joy of savouring this healthy, simple and super quick meal!

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Makes: 4 servings

2 tbsp olive oil
500g chicken breast, cut into strips
4 spring onions, sliced diagonally
2 handfuls sugar snap peas
2 zucchini, halved and sliced
1 cup Yakitori sauce
450g pkt udon noodles
2 tbsp seasame seeds,

Place noodles in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Allow to soften for 5 mins and then drain and set aside.
Heat 1 tbsp of the oil in a wok over a high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned. Transfer to a plate.

Heat remaining oil in the wok and add onions, peas and zucchini, cooking until softened.

Return chicken to wok and cook for 2 mins, then mix through the Yakitori sauce and seasame seeds.
Once well combined, add the udon noodles and stir fry for another minute. Serve warm.
