Yogurt Covered Almonds

Snacks generally make my working day bearable - here's a protein rich snack for everyone - even those on a GF diet.

Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 8 servings

Ingredients
200g of Almonds
250g Greek yogurt
Splash of olive oil

Method

Required ingredients


Roast almonds

Add the almonds to the Greek yogurt and mix, ensuring each nut is coated in yogurt.

Remove the nuts from the yogurt using a fork, and put them in the freezer for 3 hours.

place almonds in a container and freeze


Store in an airtight container and eat with peanut butter.

This is a perfect protein snack that will give you energy while you're on the go/after the gym/peckish in work.
