Healthier desserts are right up my street, and in this recipe all you need is bananas and oats to make these delicious cookies.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Makes: 5 servings
Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
Half a mug of rolled oats
Mixed spice (optional)

Method
Mash the bananas together in a bowl.
Add the oats and mix together until fully combined.
Using a metal tablespoon scoop out little balls and press almost flat onto a sheet on greased baking paper/foil.
Place in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees/gas mark 4.
Remove, and, if you can wait, let them cool for at least 10 minutes before tucking in.
