3 Ingredient Lychee Sorbet
[ADVERT]A healthy and dairy-free lychee sorbet recipe that is sure to satisfy those sugar cravings in the summer. It's super easy to make and doesn't require an ice cream machine.

Cooking Time: 8 hours (including freezing time)
Makes: 2 servings
Ingredients
1½ cups pitted fresh or canned lychees
1 egg white
2 tablespoons sweetener or similar substitute
The only ingredients required
Method
In a blender, combine the lychee and sweetener into a purée.

Over a freezer-proof container, press the purée into a strainer to remove thick solid pieces.

Store container in freezer for 2-3 hours.

Break out the sorbet mixture, (it should be semi-frozen by now) and blend it again until slushie-like.

Add the egg white and blitz until smooth, creamy and pale.

Return the mixture to the freezer-proof container and freeze for another 6 hours.
Preparing lychee for final freezing
Allow to thaw for a few minutes if needed before serving with lemon slices.
