3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Mousse Egg Lactose Gluten Free

Quick, easy, tasty and only three ingredients. This peanut butter mousse is a simple but moorish sweet treat. It is also egg, dairy and gluten free.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes to set
Serves: 2
Ingredients
2 large frozen bananas
2 tbsp coconut oil
4 tbsp smooth peanut butter
Chocolate chips, to serve (optional)
Crushed peanuts, to serve (optional)
Method
Break the frozen bananas into chunks and place into a bowl.
[Image2 Small to medium chunks are good for blending so the bananas do not defrost]
Blend or beat until the bananas are smooth in consistency.
Add the coconut oil to the bananas and blend or beat for 1 minute to combine.
Add the peanut butter and blend until combined.
[Image4 I use smooth peanut butter but you can use crunchy peanut butter for extra texture]
Place in serving bowls and refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.
Serve alone or sprinkle with chocolate chips and crushed peanuts.
