It's a warm, quick, and sweet dessert you can make in no time. You usually have to head to a fair to find funnel cakes, but this recipe makes it easy to enjoy in your own kitchen.

Ingredients
3 cups of flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp baking powder
3 eggs
1/4 cup white sugar
t tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
1 cup apple cider
1 cup milk
2 cups vegetable oil
powdered sugar
ice cream
Method
In a bowl, add flour, salt cinnamon, nutmeg, and baking powder, and mix ingredients together to create the dry mix. Set the dry mix aside.
In a separate bowl mix eggs, vanilla, apple cider, milk, white sugar, and brown sugar.
Add the dry mix to the new bowl and stir the ingredients together.
Place a large ziplock bag in a glass and pour the contents of the bowl into the bag.
Close the the bag and cut one of the corners of the bag.
Add vegetable oil to a pan on medium-high heat, squeeze the mix out of the plastic bag, through the hole, making sure to overlap the mixture.
Let it cook in the oil for one minute on each side.
Remove from the pan and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, or add ice cream.
