A protein rich, filling and delicious salad for any occasion. Enjoy for lunch or as a side.

Ingredients
1/4 red onion
1 avocado
1/4 cucumber
1/2 red capsicum
1/2 can 4 bean mix
1 baby carrot
1 cup lettuce




Method
  • Chop all ingredients to desired size.
  • Mix in a salad bowl.
  • Serve and enjoy!
