This light and creamy smoothie packs a lot of nutritional punch. The strawberries and blueberries provide a dense supply of antioxidants, vital to many bodily processes and the avocado gives this recipe more substance with a healthy dose of fats and fibre.



Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Makes: 2 servings

Ingredients
150g silken tofu
8 strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup milk (or dairy alternative)
1/2 avocado, sliced

Method
  • Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until a smooth and frothy consistency.
  • Enjoy immediately.
