Ingredients
1 avocado
180g light cream cheese
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp pine nuts
2 (gluten-free) wholemeal wraps
Method
Puree the avocado, cream cheese, and lemon juice together in a food processor.
Toast the pine nuts under the grill until they are light brown, and then stir into the mixture.
Spoon the mixture equally over two wraps, roll them up, and slice in half.
