Bacon and Onion Quiche

A great recipe for a quick and easy lunch. Suitable not only for adults, but also kids.



Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 50 minutes
Makes: 4-6 servings

Ingredients
4 Eggs
1.5 Cup Milk
6 Bacon Rashers, diced
1 Large Onion, finely chopped
1/4 Cup Parsley, chopped
Salt and Pepper



Method
  • Grease a 26cm quiche dish.

  • Whisk together eggs and milk until fully combined.



  • Stir in bacon pieces, onion and parsley.



  • Season with salt and pepper.

  • Pour mixture into prepared dish.

  • Cook in a moderate oven (180 degrees C) for approximately 50 minutes or until the quiche is set.

  • Allow to stand for 10 minutes to cool slightly.

  • Garnish with parsley leaves.

  • Quiche can be served warm or cold. Perfect with salad or fresh bread.
