Baked Bream And Squash Delicata

Bravely approach the whole fish dish. Cooking a whole fish can seem scary, but all it calls for is generous seasoning, so get ready to experiment with flavours for fish that still have a bit of bite.



Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 1 hour and 5(/10) minutes
Makes: 1 serving

Ingredients
A whole sea bream
1 squash delicata
Handful dried thyme
3 rosemary sprigs
1 red onion
3 garlic cloves
Cube of ginger
Tblsp coconut oil
Tsp paprika
Half a red chilli

Required ingredients


Method
  • Grate the ginger.



  • Slice down the belly of the fish and stuff with the seasoning.



  • Top with the coconut oil and place in the oven for 30 minutes at 150 degrees.



  • Halve the squash and scoop out the seeds. Roughly chop the onion.



  • Remove the fish from the oven, add the vegetables and place back in the oven for 25 minutes.



  • Remove the dish from the oven.



  • Plate up.



  • This can feed one person easily, but if you'd like to keep the other half of the squash for a snack later, feel free.
