These baked egg breakfast boards are delicious and very easy for how gourmet they look. Once you have perfected the baked eggs you can add any sides you want.

Ingredients
2 C
Home made baked beans
10 Parsley sprigs
50gm Feta
4 eggs
4 slices sourdough
2 rashes of bacon
3 mushrooms
Method
Crack the four eggs onto the warm beans.
Place the ramekins in the oven with the bacon strips and sourdough and cook for 8 mins.
Meanwhile arrange breakfast boards and cook remaining sides, I opted for mushrooms for the vegetarian and bacon for the carnivore.
Place the baked eggs on your breakfast boards and enjoy!

NOTE: I only had enough beans for 3 ramekins this morning (very sad) but I usually make 2 for each person.
