Baked Garlic Rosemary Brie

Brie cheese tastes incredible when baked. It becomes soft, warm, melty and utterly delicious. It's a simple appetiser you can make within 15 minutes and it will wow your guests with the flavour.

This is basically an instant cheese fondue in a small ceramic bowl. It's absolutely cravable.

Preparation Time: 3 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 2 servings



Ingredients
Brie Cheese
Rosemary Twigs
Garlic Cloves x 2
Sourdough Bread x 2 pieces

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180C.


  • Remove Brie from package and place in a small oven-proof dish lined with aluminium foil.



  • Using a small knife, cut 5 slits into the top of the Brie, then push rosemary twigs and 2 slices of garlic into the slits.



  • Re-cover the Brie with foil, then bake for 10 minutes or until warmed through and runny.



  • Allow the baked brie to rest for 5 minutes before cutting open and serving.



  • Meanwhile, lightly toast the sourdough bread and cut into slices



  • Serve warm Brie cheese with sourdough bread sticks for dipping.
