Baked Honey Brie Cheese w Rosemary
The weather is cooler and this is the season to indulge. A rich warm appetizer that elevated a common brie cheese into a cheese fondue-extravagant. A drizzle of some lovely local honey on top adds sweetness to the savory Brie cheese.

Makes: 4 servings
Ingredients
1 Brie cheese
2 twigs of Rosemary
2 tablespoon of honey
50g fine Italian proscuitto
2 slices of sourdough bread
Method
Preheat oven to 350°
Place Brie in a small round baking dish.
Use a sharp knife to make a multiple slits on the brie.
Insert rosemary twigs in between.
Drizzle the honey on top.
Bake for 10 minutes until the brie cheese is warm and softened.
Look at that melted golden ooze...!
Transfer Brie to a plate.
Serve with cured prosciutto and sourdough breads.
It is totally divine with a glass of dessert wine.
