Baked Salmon & Pasta with Prawns

I'm a big fan of salmon and love to experiment with the different ways in which it can be cooked and enjoyed to the fullest.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 75 minutes
Makes: 4 servings

500g salmon
400g prawns
1 bowl pasta
200g mushrooms
Garlic Steak seasoning
150g butter
Red wine and garlic marinade

Use a deep baking tray and fill it with the salmon pieces and 1/2 a bottle of the red wine and garlic marinade.

Leave in the fridge for about 40 minutes to 1 hour.

After about about 20 minutes, flip the pieces of salmon for the marinade to get to the other side.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius.

Leave the salmon in the oven and cook until it is ready (it should easily flake).

Heat the prawns in a frying pan with the butter and garlic steak seasoning spices.

Cook the prawns till they turn pink.

While the prawns are being cooked, cook the pasta in boiling water for about 10 minutes.

Drain the pasta and cook with mushrooms (either in butter or in oil) until the mushrooms go soft.

Serve the salmon, prawns and pasta on a plate with a seafood cocktail dip on the side.
