Ingredients
½ cup of fresh/frozen blueberries
1 ripped banana
3/4 cup milk (if using fresh blueberries) OR 1 cup milk (if using frozen blueberries)

Method
  • Peel the banana and break it into pieces before putting it in a blender
  • Add the blueberries and milk into the blender and blend until smooth
