This smoothie is not only very healthy but also tastes delicious.
It is a great way to start the morning, however is also good during the day particularly as the weather is getting hotter.
Preparation Time: 2 minutes plus soaking Chia
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Makes: 2 servings
Ingredients
1-2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp raw cacao
4 frozen blocks pineapple
Handful of frozen blueberries
2 small bananas
Milk to suit
Method
Soak the chia seeds in water for about 15 minutes or until they become glutinous.
Get all ingredients out and put in a blender.
Start to blend -I used the ICE setting as some of the fruit is frozen.
Continue blending until the mixture is smooth -add more milk if too thick however it is nice to eat off the spoon when thick.
