Banana Mango and Raspberry Smoothies
A delicious fruity tropical sensation

Cooking Time: 1 minute (allow 2 minutes if you’re not the best at cutting mangoes)
Makes: 2 (in a tumbler size glass, otherwise 1)

Ingredients
1 Mango
1 Medium Banana
3 Strawberries
1/2 Cup of Milk (Full Cream or Soy)
1 Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream

The tropical magic is happening
Method
Wash strawberries for 30 seconds, and then chop off the leaves and place strawberries in the blender.
Chop up the mango by quarters, and peel carefully and place all mango pieces into the blender immediately, remembering to save a small piece to decorate the smoothies at the end.
Peel banana, chop in half and then place in the blender.
Place ice cream and pour the milk into the blender.
Ensuring that the blender lid is on and blender is turned on at the mains, blend for 60 seconds on medium range. There is no need to worry about the ice.
Pour mixture into tumblers counting to ten each time, and place on a serving plate with those small pieces you saved to go on top - no different to a standard size dinner plate.
