Banana Oat Smoothie

Banana Oat smoothie is a delicious way to start the day and it is a nice replacement if you are skipping your evening meal.

Preparation Time:5 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Makes: 1-2 servings

Ingredients
1 Frozen Banana

12 cup Oats

14 cup Malted Milk Powder Yogurt or Whole Milk can be instead

2 tbsp Sugar

1 tsp Vanilla

pinch salt

1 cup Cold Water
1 cup Ice
14 cup Cinnamon Sugar 14 cup sugar mixed with 1 tsp cinnamon powder

1 tsp honey

Method
  • Prepare glass.
  • Rim glass with honey as shown

    Place rimmed glass in honey to coat with cinnamon sugar. St aside.

  • Place all other ingredients in blender.

  • Pulse till smooth. Add additional liquid if it is too thick.

  • Pour into glass and serve.
