Banana Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

If you have overripe bananas sitting on your fruit bowl, make this healthy cookie that takes no time at all to make and bake.

This cookie requires no oil, no flour, no egg and no sugar. With only 3 ingredients, you can easily and quickly make this healthy and delicious cookie that makes a great healthy snack for the kids and family.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Makes: 16 cookies

3 very ripe bananas, peeled
1/3 cup peanut butter
2 cups quick-cooking oats

Preheat the oven to 175C conventional.

In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.

Mix the mashed bananas with peanut butter and oatmeal until well combined.

Spoon 1 heaped teaspoon of the mixture into a ball and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven and leave to cool. Enjoy!

I cooked these on the weekend. Super tasty and so quick and easy. I added honey to a few and they were great.
