Banana Tahini And Almond Smoothie

Quick, easy and tasty, this smoothie is full of flavour, protein and nutrients. Make and serve with breakfast, as a snack or freeze for later. It is also lactose and gluten free. Enjoy!

Serves: 2

Ingredients
2 large frozen ripe bananas (or 2 fresh ripe bananas and 1/2 cup ice)
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
3 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon

Method
  • Blend the banana and almond milk until smooth.
  • Add the tahini to the banana and almond milk and blend to combine.
  • Add the honey and cinnamon, blend to combine.


  • Serve.
