Good soft baps perfect for any barbecue or lunchbox. Based on the brands I used, each bap is about 182 calories.

Makes: 8 servings
Ingredients
500g white bread flour
40g Truvia sweetener (or caster sugar if you prefer)
40g margarine
2 tsp fast action yeast
1/2 tsp salt
300ml water
Method
Mix all the ingredients together to form a dough (add the water gradually, as you may not need all of it.)
Knead the dough for about ten minutes.
Prove the dough for about an hour, until it has doubled in size and is really glutenous.
Flour your surface, then punch the dough down and roll it out into a sausage shape.
Divide the dough into eight equal pieces and shape them into squashed balls.
Prove for another half hour.
Bake in an oven pre-heated to 210 ༠C/ 190 ༠C fan/400 ༠F/6 Gas.
Add your choice of fillings.
