Ingredients 1 persimmon (also known as sharon fruit)
1/4 honeydew melon
1/4 punnet of blueberries
1tsp chia seeds
Chop the persimmon and melon.
Add the chopped fruit, blueberries and chia seeds to a bowl and toss.
