Bulgogi is a popular Korean dish. It is made of thinly sliced beef that is marinated with bulgogi sauce and then grilled. At home, you can sizzle it on a saucepan and it is delicious. It is so simple and easy to make.

Ingredients
500g sliced beef
6 tablespoons bulgogi sauce
1 white onion, thinly sliced
steamed rice, to serve
steamed broccoli florets, to serve
Method
In a bowl, mix the sliced beef, onion and bulgogi sauce. Marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in large non-stick saucepan. Add in the marinated beef, sizzle for 10 minutes until all cooked through.
Serve on top of a bowl steamed rice and broccoli florets on the side.
