Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but I think most will agree that a bright pink smoothie is all-too enticing, and this smoothie tastes delicious. I love it for breakfast.
Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Makes: 2 servings
Ingredients
1 beetroot bulb
2 frozen bananas
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
Chunk of raw ginger
Coconut water (optional)
Method
Chop the ingredients for easy blending.
Add the ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth (2 minutes for me).
Pour into a suitable receptacle and drink.
