Berry Chia Pudding

Posted 2019-07-27 by finyfollow

Chai is easy to make and requires no cooking. You can add almost any fruit to make a delicious chia pudding. In this one I have added raspberries.

It is also great as it lasts up to 5 days in the fridge.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes plus overnight
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients
1½ cups dairy free milk - I used almond milk
½ cup chia seeds
1 - 2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Fruit of choice - I used raspberries

Method
  • Put the milk, and chia seeds in a bowl and add the maple syrup and vanilla.

  • Mix to combine.

  • Cover and put in the fridge overnight, or at least 6 hours.

  • The pudding should be thick after this. If it is not, add some more chia seeds.

  • You can eat as is but I layered it with fresh raspberries.
